Slow Braised Lamb Shoulder, Vegetable Mirepoix, Topped with Parsnip and Potato Mash served with Potato Gratin and Cauliflower Cheese.
Ingredients:
Lamb Pie: Lamb Shoulder, Onion, Celery, Carrot, Beef Stock, Tomato Paste, Flour, Potato, Parsnip, Butter, Salt & Pepper
Potato Gratin: Potato, Cream, Nutmeg, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt & Pepper
Cauliflower Cheese: Cauliflower, Flour, Milk, Cheese, Butter, Mustard, Salt & Pepper
Heating Instructions:
Remove plastic and microwave for 3 minutes on high power for each component. They should be steaming hot.
