We love being part of making one of the biggest days of your life that extra bit special.
Mat has catered weddings in Southland, Queenstown, Tekapo, Akaroa, Nevis Station (to name a few) and beyond for over 20 years.
Our catering truck allows us to set up a mobile kitchen anywhere - we don’t need you or your venue to provide kitchen space. Give us a power plug and we will do the rest!

Our wedding catering packages include:
- A meeting with Mat to go through the run through of your day and the chance to discuss any bespoke catering options/variations
- Royal Thai china and cutlery
- Front of House service staff
- All kitchen staff
- Use of our catering truck
- Buffet labels
- Event run sheet

Our wedding catering packages do not include (but we can arrange):
- Glassware and bar service
- Staff travel and fuel
- Printed menus
- Tables and table linens
- GST
