Chicken and Leek Casserole served with Potato Gratin and Cauliflower Cheese.
Ingredients:
Chicken and Leek Casserole: Chicken Thighs, Chicken Stock, White Wine, Bay Leaves, Peppercorns, Thyme, Leek, Onion, Cream, Flour, Butter, Oil, Salt & Pepper
Potato Gratin: Potato, Cream, Nutmeg, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt & Pepper
Cauliflower Cheese: Cauliflower, Flour, Milk, Cheese, Butter, Mustard, Salt & Pepper
Heating Instructions:
Remove plastic and microwave for 2 minutes on high power. It should be steaming hot.
