The Garden Glowdown: A Fire & Dine Garden Party at The Hideaway 201
Gather your favourite people for an afternoon of live-fire food, cocktails and dancing in the gardens.
Start with a signature cocktail or mocktail from our arrival wall, then settle in as MASH Catering serves a generous roaming feast straight from the fires. Explore the gardens, find your spot by a fire pit, visit the newly refreshed Stag & Hen cocktail bar and let the DJ take you from easy afternoon tunes into an evening on the dance floor.
Dress up, bring the girls and boys, and make a day of it.

A substantial Fire & Dine menu served throughout the afternoon/evening

To begin
Fire-baked brie, Central Otago honey, grapes and charred sourdough
Charred flatbread, whipped feta, hot honey and toasted seeds
From the fire — served throughout the afternoon/evening
Seared scallops, cauliflower purée and crispy pancetta
Charred chicken souvlaki, whipped feta and pomegranate
Mini beef fillet sliders, caramelised onion and horseradish cream
Hot-smoked salmon, lemon crème fraîche and crispy capers
Southland lamb shoulder, salsa verde and crispy Agrias
Wood-fired peach, burrata, prosciutto and basil
To finish
Lemon meringue tartlets
Espresso martini chocolate truffles
Fire-roasted s’mores with chocolate and raspberry

Standard ticket — $120 per person

Ticket with return travel — $145 per person

There will be a bus leaving from and returning to The Tuatara - times will be confirmed closer to the time.
