We’re bringing Christmas flavours to our signature live-fire feast, served in the beautiful surroundings of The Hideaway 201. Settle in, enjoy food straight from the flames and spend the evening celebrating with your favourite people.

Maple & Mustard Glazed Christmas Ham
Served in soft rolls with grilled pineapple slaw and apple chutney.
Cranberry & Brie Chicken Flatbreads
Flame-grilled chicken, melted brie, cranberry relish and fresh rocket.
Slow-Roasted Lamb Shoulder Loaded Agrias
Crispy Agria potatoes, pulled lamb shoulder, rosemary gravy and mint salsa verde.
Sticky Christmas Pork Ribs
Orange, honey and bourbon glaze with toasted sesame.
Wood-Fired Stewart Island Mussels
Garlic butter, white wine, fresh herbs and chargrilled bread.
Fire-Baked Brie
Cherry compote, toasted walnuts and warm bread.
Chargrilled Summer Vegetable Salad
Seasonal vegetables, baby spinach, whipped feta and lemon herb dressing.
Christmas Churros
Cinnamon sugar, warm chocolate sauce and salted caramel.
Mini Summer Pavlovas
Whipped cream, strawberries and passionfruit.
Fire-Pit S’mores
Toasted marshmallow, chocolate and biscuits.
